Hannah Eubank, MA, LPC, LMFT

Not Currently Accepting New Clients

I help couples and individuals who want to experience more fulfilling lives with stronger relationships. If this sounds like you, you may be worried you’re not measuring up to certain expectations, feeling a sense of stuckness, or holding yourself back because of painful feelings or fear.

Together, we can create movement toward change by exploring your hopes, needs, patterns, and motivations. As a therapist, I support you and gently challenge you to think about things in new ways so that you have greater freedom to choose other options that foster growth. My counseling style is conversational and relaxed. During our time together, some conversations will be tough, but there will also be laughter along the way. Others experience me as grounded and appreciate my sense of humor.

In my work with couples, I primarily use Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help you recognize relational patterns, identify your needs, celebrate differences, communicate more effectively, and navigate through conflict.  I believe that our unique personalities influence our relationships and our experiences of the world around us, so I also enjoy integrating the personality typing system of the Enneagram into my work with individuals and couples.

I know from my own experience and from helping others that small changes can often lead to major improvements. The first small step toward change is contacting someone who can help. Reach out to me through the form at the bottom of the page to receive a free phone consultation. I'd love to find a time to chat about your needs and figure out if we're a good fit for one another.

Services: Couples Therapy + Individual Therapy

Session Format: Virtual/Teletherapy

Licensure: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Passions and Specialties: Couples who love each other but struggle to communicate effectively, parents of young children, young women struggling with identity work, women in life transitions, and individuals who struggle with perfectionism

Therapeutic Approach: My clients typically experience me as genuine, personable, and down-to-earth. In counseling sessions, I seek to understand clients’ unique experiences and emotions to help clients gain greater insight into their own patterns and behaviors. With couples, I help clients look at the health of their relationship as a whole and then use techniques and exercises to facilitate communication that allows for the expression of feelings and needs, creating interconnection and change in the relationship. I have advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I rely on attachment and relational models in my work with both couples and individuals. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can explore, understand, and implement changes that bring greater clarity and connection to their lives.
