Lauren Little, MA, LMFT Associate

Supervised by Brittany Whallen, LPC-S, LMFT-S

I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. I’m also a compassionate partner in your healing journey, providing a nurturing and safe presence for your growth.

I help people seeking greater intimacy and relational growth, a deeper understanding of themselves, and a meaningful connection to the world around them. If this sounds like you, you may be feeling disconnected and stuck in unhelpful patterns. You may find yourself burdened by grief, anxiety, or lingering feelings of inadequacy.

I support you in navigating these challenges by working collaboratively with you to explore what brings you to therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and together, we’ll cultivate self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing.

I know from my years of experience as a pediatric nurse and my clinical training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory that having a safe and nurturing presence can be a catalyst to your healing journey. That’s why I believe in the transformative potential of therapy. My goal is to create a healing environment and nurture the growth of meaningful connections, contributing to a more balanced, supportive community for you.

I consider it a deep privilege to explore the challenges and pain you may be facing in life. If you would like to work with me and feel we would be a good fit, please utilize the link below to book a free consultation with me.
