Lindsay Poth, MA, LMFT
Not Currently Accepting New Clients
I believe that each of us has the potential to experience dramatic growth, healing, and joy through our relationships and within ourselves, but we are often held back by fear, disconnection from ourselves, and repetitive relational dynamics that seem impossible to change. I feel my role as a therapist is to work in partnership with couples and individuals to bring awareness to these patterns and create an environment for change. By uncovering these insights, you will be able to build healthier connections and achieve a clearer understanding of yourself, your partner, or your relationship.
If you are in a relationship and are experiencing challenges associated with communication, physical and emotional intimacy, infidelity, or trust recovery, I can help to strengthen or bring healing to your relationship. I draw from my specialized training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and sex therapy in my work with couples.
If you are an individual who is facing life transitions, discovering your own sense of self, or wondering how to bring more purpose and meaning to your daily life, I can help you explore and navigate your unique circumstances.
My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space that empowers you to create the relationships and life you desire and deserve. If this feels like work you want to pursue with me, please use the link below to schedule a free phone consultation, and we can discuss how I may be able to meet your specific therapy needs.
